Support · a person answers

A claim should reach a person, not a queue.

Damage disputes are the thing this industry handles worst. We would rather be slow and answer you than fast and dismiss you.

Where to start

Pick what happened.

01

Something went wrong with a delivery

Open the order and use "Report an issue with this order". It reaches a reviewer with the record attached.

02

Damage or loss claim

Same route, from the order page. A person reads every claim — there is no auto-rejection, and you get the reviewer's reasoning either way.

03

Driver account or document review

Your vehicles page shows the review state and the reason for any rejection. Reply to it and a dispatcher will look again.

04

Billing and invoices

Every fare is itemised on the order page, in the lines you approved. If one looks wrong, quote the reference.

What is not automated

The assistant can quote. It cannot close your claim.

The assistant on this site can quote a fare, explain the rate card and read your order status. It cannot open a claim, issue a refund, cancel an order or change a fare — those all go to a person. That boundary is deliberate: an automated system that can close your claim is a system that can close it wrongly.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Short answers, in the same words the order page uses. Anything not here, a person answers on +91 99809 43397.

How is the fare calculated?

Base fare for the class, a per-km rate over road distance, handling if the load is near capacity, and published surge in peak windows. Every line is shown before you confirm.

Does the price change after I book?

The fare you approve is the fare on the order. A changed route or weight means a new quote you approve — never a silent adjustment.

When does surge apply?

Weekday 9am–12pm adds 20%, weekday 5pm–9pm adds 15%, and 10pm–6am any day adds 10%. Fixed and published, not driven by live demand.

Which vehicle will I get?

The lightest class that can legally and safely carry the load. Under 25 kg within 30 km: two-wheeler. Up to 1,500 kg: van or mini-truck. Up to 25,000 kg: truck.

How do I become a driver-partner?

Sign up as a driver and upload your RC, insurance and licence. A dispatcher reviews them, and you can see the state at every point.

What happens if my goods are damaged?

Raise it from the order page. It reaches a named reviewer with your order's record attached — a person, not a queue.
